Our "Bolt-On" Front Mount Intercooler was built with the idea that increasing performance was not good enough. We went far "beyond performance" in the development of this unit. We start with the finest aircraft spec. intercooler cores which are built with the latest technology for superior thermal efficiency and air flow. We then add our CAD designed aluminum end tanks. These aluminum tanks offer superior strength and flow characteristics compared to the typical sheet metal tanks found on most other aftermarket intercoolers. All of the associated components are built with exacting specifications and incorporate mandrel bent pluming and aluminum mounts. This kit comes complete with all of the associated silicone hoses, mounting hardware and clamps.

OEM sized components are fine for stock applications. If you increase Boost, add a larger turbo and increase power of your 1.8T motor, then you are loosing valuable horsepower and causing more stress on your motor! Our specially engineered temperature control kits are designed to significantly reduce temperatures and bolt on with ease. Each system is hand crafted to perfection and will reduce intake/oil temperatures as well as and increase power without living in Antarctica.
