The direct bolt-in 800HP axles are actually readily available for the 2005-2008 Rabbit / GTI / Jetta / Jetta GLI 2. & 2.5 6-Speed Manual. These axles have a direct fit outer CV which will fit the factory hubs and is made of a unique proprietary material that's created for high horsepower programs. The axle bars are manufactured from a higher grade aircraft quality material that's a lot more torsional compared to factory axle bars, permitting these to twist and absorb shock loads, having a spline size that's considerably bigger than stock. The inner CV is a108mm Porsche-type CV, with this proprietary cage and race set that's utilized on our greatest level axles. The axles include new bolts to mount the axles towards the factory transmission flanges (must re-make use of the factory spindle bolts) and therefore are complete and able to install.
