Evolution Motorsports Vflow Air Induction systems (intake) for the MK5 VW. Engineered utiliz's state of the art CAD CAM 3D modeling, CNC machining, computer controlled Superflow air flow testing, rotational molding, injection molding and countless man hours, these systems represent the apex of air induction technologies. Additionally, our systems also incorporate a custom cotton air filter and a 6” injection molded Venturi that acts as a vacuum for cold-air. All these components work together to create the most powerful VW air intake systems on the market today. You must remove your factory engine cover to install this intake. This kit does not include a new engine cover.
The Evoms V-Flow is a high quality, high performance intake. The aggressive sound that the intake makes on acceleration is unique and speaks for itself. VFlow intake for MKV GTI, Jetta and Audi A3 2.0T FSI engines (2006-2009), they are easy to install, any DIY can install one. The custom filter surround has a bottom to prevent hot air from rising up from the trans and radiator. The Evoms 2.0T Exhaust Heat Shield is a great option and will aid in keeping the hot exhaust from heating the intake. The VFlow Intake will almost completely removed the flat spots and increase the response time by 100%. The Intake Fit's both K03 and K04 Engines, Installs in the factory location, Utilizes factory ram air scoop for increased air flow and effeciency, Utilizes a custom 5 layer, cotton air filter with pre-filter and a 6” injection molded Venturi that acts as a vacuum for cold-air.
