Complex multi-stage test procedures

MEYLE auto parts are subjected to multiple test procedures throughout the entire production cycle.

First, the initial sample is tested. Only if it meets the required quality criteria will volume production start. The German team of technicians supervises production to rule out variations in the quality of our products. Prior to the shipment of customer orders random tests or 100 % checks ensure that only parts of the highest quality leave the warehouse. Our expert technicians at the Hamburg test laboratory use special analyzing methods complemented by quality tests carried out by independent organizations, such as the German technical inspection organization TÜV.

In addition, Wulf Gaertner Auto parts also does field tests. For test purposes MEYLE auto parts are fitted to various vehicle types in different countries. Many driven kilometers within short time, different climatic environments and road conditions are an ideal setting for field test results.
